It's has been a perfect night!Everythings thanks to the bad weather, and obviuosly to Roser, who had the idea for the catalan-spanish dinner.
This afternoon, Alfonso, Davide and Elisa have come to help me preparing the two empanadas. But we had to eat before! so Elisa prepared a wonderful rissoto, thanks Elisa! ñam, ñam!
There was plenty of different things: pan con tomate y jamon, empanada, tortilla de patatas, ensalada, sangria, caña de lomo, queso...For drinking we had sangria, and then Christian prepared the best Caipirinha I've ever tasted!Well done! For dessert there were three different things to eat: a really good arroz con leche, macedonia de frutas and my speciality: cheese cake!
And if you add to this the perfect friends,...who needs to go outside to have fun?
